摘要
随着我国社会经济文化水平的进步,高等教育发展的不断深化,我国国民受教育水平显著提高,其中高校在中国现代教育发展中发挥了举足轻重的作用,而民办高校则是国家教育事业的中坚力量。高校教师是高校发展的决定性因素,有效的激励机制可以激发教师的创造力和工作活力,从而提升高校实力。本文结合双因素激励理论从激励因素和保健因素两个方面对民办高校教师激励制度进行研究和分析,一方面可以优化教师激励机制,另一方面也可以为其他民办高校优化激励机制提供参考价值。As China’s socio-economic and cultural levels advance and the development of higher education deepens, the educational attainment of the population has significantly improved. Among these developments, universities have played a pivotal role in the evolution of modern education in China, with private universities serving as a crucial force in the national education sector. University teachers are the determining factor in the development of higher education institutions, and an effective motivation mechanism can stimulate teachers’ creativity and work vitality, thereby enhancing the overall strength of the university. This paper, grounded in the Two-Factor Motivation Theory, investigates and analyzes the motivation system for teachers in private universities from the perspectives of motivational factors and hygiene factors. The findings aim to optimize the motivation mechanism for teachers while providing valuable insights for other private universities seeking to enhance their motivational systems.
