中职班主任“管育结合”工作模式的探究

摘要 中等职业教育有其特殊性,每个中职学生都是这一特殊的源泉。中职学生普遍存在学习目标性不强、习惯较差,思想又极具个性等特点,导致中职班主任德育管理工作难度加大。夯实班级管理,增强育人实效是中职班主任的崇高使命。本文主要对中职班主任在德育工作中的“管”和“育”进行有效结合,针对中职班主任在德育管理中面临的困境,提出“管育结合”模式的应用策略,制定该模式的实施方法,增强育人实践的实际效果,从而提升中职班主任育人质量。Secondary vocational education has its particularity, and every secondary vocational student is this special source. Secondary vocational students generally have the characteristics of weak learning objectives, poor habits and individual personality, which leads to the difficulty of moral education management for secondary vocational head teachers. It is the lofty mission of class management and enhances the effectiveness of education. This paper mainly combines the “management” and “education” of secondary vocational head teachers in moral education. In view of the difficulties faced by secondary vocational head teachers in moral education management, this paper puts forward the application strategy of “combination of management and education” mode, formulates the implementation method of this mode, and enhances the practical effect of education practice, so as to improve the quality of education of secondary vocational head teachers.
