摘要
大学期间是大学生完善以及塑造健全人格的关键阶段。在中国特色社会主义新时代背景下,大学生需要适应社会发展的要求,实现知识、技能、素质等方面的全面发展,而健全人格的培养至关重要。由于社会环境、经济水平、就业形势、大学生身心发展特点等因素的影响,使得大学生人格上产生了多方面的问题,而思想政治教育在发挥大学生主体能动性、优化人格塑造外部环境、明确人格塑造的目标和方向、为健全人格提供方法论指导等方面发挥着重要作用,促使大学生迈向更高更完美的人格境界。本研究基于思想政治教育视角,通过对大学生人格不健全的现状进行调查分析,得出当前大学生人格不健全的表现特征和原因,对症下药,从社会主义核心价值观教育、教师队伍建设、体制与方法完善、外部环境营造等方面,对塑造大学生健全人格、促进大学生身心健康发展提出可行性建议,使大学生的人格更加健全,成为社会发展的主力军。College is the key stage for college students to improve and shape sound personality. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, college students need to adapt to the requirements of social development and achieve comprehensive development in terms of knowledge, skills, and qualities. The cultivation of a sound personality is of paramount importance. Due to the influence of social environment, economic level, employment situation, and the psychological and physical development characteristics of college students, there are many problems in the personality of college students. However, ideological and political education plays an important role in mobilizing the subjective initiative of college students, optimizing the external environment for personality shaping, clarifying the goals and direction of personality shaping, and providing methodological guidance for the formation of a healthy personality. It helps college students achieve a higher and more perfect level of personality. Based on the perspective of Ideological and Political Education, this study investigates and analyzes the current situation of college students’ unsound personality, and obtains the characteristics and causes of the current college students’ unsound personality, suiting the remedy to the case. This study from Education of socialist core values, teacher team construction, system and method improvement, external environment construction and other aspects of shaping the sound personality of college students, promotes the physical and mental health of college students to make the personality of college students more sound, become the main force of social development.
