AIGC浪潮下幼儿教师数字素养发展的现实挑战与应对策略

摘要 为了促进教育数字化战略转型,顺应AIGC时代的发展,加快学前教育数字化转型的阶段发展,最核心的方法是提升幼儿教师的数字素养。本研究基于目前幼儿教师数字素养发展,总结了幼儿教师数字化意识、数字知识与技能、数字化应用、数字社会责任、专业发展等五个维度的发展现状。分析在AIGC浪潮下,教育数字化转型为幼儿教师带来诸多挑战,发现这些巨大的挑战核心就在于要提升幼儿教师数字素养,可以通过完善针对性制度,支持数字素养提升;营造数字化环境,加强数字教育培训;更新教育观念,自适应学习数字化教学等策略,以期为幼儿教师数字素养的提升提供借鉴与参考。In order to promote the strategic transformation of digital education, conform to the development of AIGC era, and accelerate the stage development of digital transformation of preschool education, the core method is to improve the digital literacy of preschool teachers. Based on the current development of preschool teachers’ digital literacy, this study summarizes the development status of preschool teachers’ digital awareness, digital knowledge and skills, digital application, digital social responsibility, and professional development. By analyzing the challenges brought by digital transformation of education to preschool teachers under the wave of AIGC, it is found that the core of these huge challenges lies in improving the digital literacy of preschool teachers, which can be supported by improving the targeted system. Create a digital environment and strengthen digital education and training;In order to provide reference for the improvement of preschool teachers’ digital literacy, the strategy of renewing education concept and self-adapting learning digital teaching is proposed.
