马克思人的全面发展视域下家长教育内卷的破“卷”之道——以电影《学爸》为分析案例

摘要 从基础教育到高等教育,从教育实践到教育研究,到处可见教育内卷的踪影。在无休止的教育内卷现象下产生无休止的教育焦虑问题,两者循环往复不断加剧,影响着教育生态的构建。马克思人的全面发展理论强调人的素质、能力、需求、个性、人格和关系的和谐发展。在案例电影《学爸》中,家长在教育内卷下忽视了孩子的需求与个性化发展,所以从马克思人的全面发展为指导,以注重学生个性发展、综合发展的教育目的为出发点,家长、学校与社会应联合发力,关注孩子个性成长发展需求;除此之外,政府应优化教育资源配置,促进教育公平;责任主体贯彻落实“双减”政策,防止政策实践性缺失有利于缓解教育内卷,构建良好的教育内卷生态。From basic education to higher education, from educational practice to educational research, the phenomenon of educational involution is evident everywhere. Endless educational anxiety arises from this relentless educational involution, with both perpetuating a cycle of intensification that affects the construction of the educational ecosystem. Marx’s theory of the comprehensive development of man emphasizes the harmonious development of human qualities, abilities, needs, individuality, personality, and relationships. In the case film “Dad’s Study,” parents overlook their children’s needs and individual development under the pressure of educational involution. Guided by Marx’s comprehensive development of man, and with the aim of focusing on the individual and comprehensive development of students, parents, schools, and society should work together to pay attention to the needs of children’s individual growth and development. In addition, the government should optimize the allocation of educational resources to promote educational equity;the responsible parties should implement the “Double Reduction” policy to prevent practical deficiencies, which is conducive to alleviating educational involution and building a healthy educational ecosystem.
