摘要 医学微生物学是医学类专业开设的一门核心专业基础课程,医教协同背景下,医学微生物学课程在不改变现有专业设置和学制培养模式的前提下,探索改革新教学模式,提高学生的学习积极性,以岗位胜任力培养为核心,有效提高不同医学专业学生职业能力与就业竞争力。Medical microbiology is a core foundational course offered by medical majors. In the context of medical education collaboration, the medical microbiology course explores and reforms new teaching models without changing the existing professional settings and educational system, improves students’ learning enthusiasm, and focuses on cultivating job competencies, effectively enhancing the vocational abilities and employment competitiveness of students in different medical majors.
