摘要
从党的十八届四中全会以来,始终强调要坚定不移走中国特色社会主义法治道路,坚定法治自信,树立法治素养。法治教育的重点是要培养具备法治意识、法治理念和法治精神的社会主义建设者和接班人。但是,目前中小学法治教育教学在教学目标、教学内容和教学方法等方面没有得到充分的衔接,中小学思政课教师的教学衔接观念较为淡薄等,这些都影响了思政课育人目标的实现,制约着思政课课堂教学质量的提高。大中小思政课一体化的提出为中小学法治教育的衔接提供了方向指引和衔接契机。大中小思政课一体化的提出也促进了不同学段间的法治教学衔接,为法治教学衔接研究提供了全新思路。Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it has always emphasized the need to steadfastly follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, strengthen confidence in the rule of law, and establish legal literacy. The focus of legal education is to cultivate socialist builders and successors with legal awareness, legal concepts, and legal spirit. However, at present, the teaching of rule of law education in primary and secondary schools has not been fully connected in terms of teaching objectives, teaching content, and teaching methods. The teaching connection concept of ideological and political course teachers in primary and secondary schools is relatively weak, which affects the achievement of the educational goals of ideological and political courses and restricts the improvement of the quality of ideological and political classroom teaching. The proposal of integrating ideological and political education in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools provides guidance and opportunities for the connection of legal education in primary and secondary schools. The proposal of integrating ideological and political courses in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools has also promoted the connection of legal education between different stages, providing new ideas for the research on the connection of legal education.
