摘要
我国土壤环境保护工作形势严峻,其中耕地土壤污染防治任务艰巨。本文结合国家颁布的《土壤污染防治行动计划》和相关管理规定,调研相关文献,结合工作实际,就耕地土壤环境监测、分类管理、污染源监管、治理修复、管理办法及耕地环保宣传等方面提出耕地土壤污染防治策略建议。
The current situation of soil environmental protection is very grim, in which the prevention and control of arable soil pollution has been a great challenge. China government issued Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan in this May. Based on relevant rules, references and practical work, the present study provides suggestion for soil pollution prevention and control on arable soil environmental monitoring, classified administration, pollution source supervision, treatment and remediation, administrative measures and propaganda.
