摘要
实验以甲醇,五硫化二磷,二乙胺为原料,用环乙烷作溶剂,合成O,O’-二(甲基)二硫代磷酸二乙铵(EDMDP)阻垢剂。按国家标准(GB/T 16632-2008)和(SY/T 5673-2002)对EDMDP的阻碳酸钙和硫酸钙性能进行了评价,实验结果表明:随EDMDP浓度增加,其阻垢效果逐渐增加,当添加量为100 mg/L时,阻碳酸钙效率可达到60%,阻硫酸钙效率可达到60%以上,将EDMDP与HEDP复配后表现良好的协同作用。
The scale inhibitior of O,O’-di(methyl)dithiophosphate diethylammonium (EDMDP) was synthesized by methanol, phosphorus pentasulfide and diethylamine, using yclohexane as solvent. According to the national standard (GB/T 16632-2008) and (SY/T 5673-2002), the scale inhibition performance of O,O’-di(methyl)dithiophosphate diethylammonium (EDMDP) was evaluated. The experimental results show that the scale inhibition rate increases with the increase of EDMDP concentration. When EDMDP is 100 mg/L, the scale inhibition rate of calcium carbonate reaches 60%. Calcium sulfate inhibition efficiency can reach 60% or more, EDMDP and HEDP perform well in synergy.
