县域农村生活污水治理专项规划分析与思考

Thought of Rural Sewage Treatment Planning

经过对西安高新区农村生活污水治理工程专项规划进行现状充分调研,对农村居民的用水定额、人口、农村生活污水处理工艺等进行了详细分析,结合国家和地方的政策要求,制定了规划目标,为工程建设的实施提供了切实可行的方案。

Through investigating the status quo of special plan for rural domestic sewage treatment project in the Xi’an High-Tech Industries Development Zone, the water quota of rural residents, population and the treatment technology of rural domestic sewage were analyzed in detail. Combined with the national and local policy requirements, the planning objectives have been formulated, providing a practical program for the implementation of the project construction.
