摘要
露天煤矿的疏干水的再生利用引起了广泛关注,但其微生物安全性研究较少,本文考察了臭氧消毒技术对某露天煤矿疏干水中大肠杆菌的灭菌效果。研究表明:臭氧发生量为8 g/h,反应时间4 min的条件下,可以实现100%的大肠杆菌杀灭率。在水温为5℃、18℃和28℃和pH为6、7、8、9条件下,臭氧消毒对大肠杆菌的杀灭率均可保持在100%,实现了不同季节煤矿中性疏干水的高效灭菌。
Recycling of drainage water from opencast mine s has attracted wide attention. However, there are few studies on its microbiological safety. This paper investigated the sterilization effect of ozone technology on Escherichia coli in the drainage water of an opencast mine. The results showed that the sterilization rate of Escherichia coli can achieve 100% under the conditions of 8 g/h ozone generation and 4 min reaction time. The sterilization rate of Escherichia coli by ozone technology can be kept at 100% at water temperature of 5˚C, 18˚C and 28˚C and pH of 6, 7, 8, 9 conditions. The high efficiency sterilization of neutral drainage water in different seasons is realized.
