Effects of Algal Photosynthesis on pH and Dissolved Oxygen in a Reservoir in Guizhou

为探明贵州喀斯特地区赫章县某水库pH异常成因,本文以赫章县某水库为研究主体,对水库中的pH、DO、叶绿素a等进行监测分析,验证藻类光合作用过程对pH值及溶解氧的定量计算关系式,分析藻类生长繁殖对水体中pH及溶解氧的影响。

In order to find out the cause of pH anomaly in a reservoir in Hezhang County, Guizhou Karst area, this paper takes a reservoir in Hezhang County as the research subject to monitor and analyze pH, DO, chlorophyll a, etc. The quantitative calculation formula of dissolved oxygen is used to analyze the influence of algae growth and reproduction on pH and dissolved oxygen in water.
