摘要
基于2018年京津冀地区民用散煤消费调研结果,建立空气质量改善计算模型,模拟评估“以电代煤”措施对大气环境空气质量改善的定量影响。结果显示,“以电代煤”措施对北京、天津和河北南部城市PM2.5浓度的降低起到明显作用,对河北西北部、北部城市的改善没有太大影响。月平均浓度变化显示,京津冀重点地区在措施实施后PM2.5月平均浓度下降3 μg/m3~26 μg/m3之间。特定气象条件下,京津冀地区“以电代煤”措施的影响范围可扩散至山东、江苏和河南北部以及山西西部,京津冀周边部分地区小时浓度变化量最大值超过了50 μg/m3。
Air environment quality model based on research results of civil coal combustion in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in 2018 was established. The impact of electricity in place of coal on air quality in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was evaluated. The results showed that it has played a significant role in PM2.5 concentration decreased by electricity in place of coal in Beijing, Tianjin and Southern Hebei. The influence on air quality improvement is not obvious in the northwest of Hebei and cities in north. Monthly average concentration of PM2.5 decreased by 3 μg/m3~26 μg/m3 in key cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region after electricity in place of coal. The influence spread over to Shandong, Jiangsu, North Henan and Western Shanxi after electricity in place of coal in typical weather process. The maximum hourly concentration variation of PM2.5 exceeded 50 μg/m3 in the surrounding areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
