餐厨垃圾处理技术研究进展

摘要 餐厨垃圾高有机质、高含水率、高含盐量的特点,使其一方面具有资源化的价值,但处置不恰当又容易引发一些环境问题。本文综述了目前餐厨垃圾的主流处理技术:直接处理法、饲料化、好氧堆肥、厌氧发酵、联合生物加工法。总结各技术的优缺点,发现联合生物加工法“三化”程度高,技术先进,占地面积小,处理时间短,带来较高的经济效益。 The characteristics of high organic matter, high moisture content and high salt content in kitchen waste make it valuable as a resource on the one hand, but inappropriate disposal can easily lead to some environmental problems. This paper reviews the current mainstream treatment technologies for kitchen waste: direct treatment, feed, aerobic composting, anaerobic fermentation, and combined bioprocessing. Summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, it is found that the combined bioprocessing method has a high degree of “three transformations”, ad-vanced technology, small footprint, and short processing time, which brings higher economic benefits.
