摘要 <strong>Background</strong><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><strong>: </strong></span></span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;">The optimal TRT dose/fraction for LD-SCLC remains debatable, and due to increasing number of population in Egypt and number of patients as well, so reducing the duration of radiation therapy is favored.
