简述线上翻转课堂结合线下实体雅思课程的教学效果

A Brief Description of the Effects of Combining Online Flipped Classroom Teaching Method and Offline IELTS Teaching

随着互联网技术的蓬勃发展及其在教育领域的大量应用,翻转课堂这一“舶来品”教学模式得以在中国的课堂中实现和有效应用。它不仅仅颠覆了传统教学的流程顺序,更颠覆了教师与学生的角色定义。将翻转课堂应用在雅思的教学中还有着别样的意义,这是因为雅思教学有别于校内英语教学。目前几乎所有的雅思教学都是在校外培训机构进行,所以授课教师与学生的接触时间有限。那么如何利用网络平台来提高有限课堂时间的学生雅思考试成绩就成为了教师们研讨的主要课题。本文将首先介绍翻转课堂的定义以及发展历程,然后介绍为何选择雅思写作课程作为翻转课堂的实验对象。最后对翻转课堂对于师生的利弊进行简要分析,并且从教师教学角度提出发展建议。

With the extensive application and vigorous development of Internet technology in the field of education, the “exotic” teaching mode of flipped classroom can be realized and effectively applied in Chinese language learning classrooms. It not only subverts the process sequence of traditional teaching, but also subverts the role definition of teachers and students. The application of flipped classroom to IELTS teaching has other meanings, since IELTS teaching is different from English learning in school. At present, almost all IELTS study courses are conducted in off-campus training institutions, so the contact time between teachers and students is limited. So how to make full use of the network platform and classroom time to improve students’ IELTS test scores is the main topic discussed by teachers. This article first introduces the definition and development of flipped classroom, and then introduces why IELTS writing course is chosen as the experimental object of flipped classroom. Finally, this paper briefly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of flipped classroom for students and teachers and puts forward development suggestions from the perspective of teachers’ teaching.
