洮河流域水文水资源研究进展及未来展望

Research Progress and Prospect of Hydrology and Water Resources in Tao River Basin

洮河是黄河重要水源涵养区和甘肃省水电资源开发的重要基地,分析研究洮河流域水文水资源问题,对应对人类活动和未来气候变化带来的影响,促进区域经济社会发展和水生态文明建设具有重要意义。本文从水文要素变化、水文情报预报、气候变化、水环境问题等方面对研究内容以及取得的成果进行了回顾综述,最后提出山洪灾害监测预警预报系统建设与应用、下垫面变化条件下产汇流规律、水电梯级建设对水生态的影响、人类活动影响下水文监测方式等研究将是该区域未来研究重点。

Tao River is a vital base of the important water conservation areas in the Yellow River and the development of hydro-power resource in Gansu province. The analysis and study of the hydrology and water resources in Tao River basin is of great significance to adaptive human activities and climate change in the future, and promote the economic and social development of the region and the construction of the water ecological civilization. This paper reviews the research contents and achievements from the change of hydrological factors, hydrological information forecast, climate change and water environment. All in all, we propose the future research focus in this field: including the construction and application of the flood and disaster monitoring and warning system, the rule of the runoff yield under the conditions of the underlying surface change, the influence of the construction of cascade hydro-power on the water ecology, and the hydrological monitoring under the influence of human activities etc.
