兴隆水利枢纽工程出流流量的正确与否,直接关系到工程的正常运行以及防洪调度效益。本文基于原型观测的实测流量观测数据,采用简洁、易于使用的方法对泄洪闸和发电流量的泄流曲线进行率定,并结合实际出流过程进行误差分析,其推求成果满足工程调度运行需求,使兴隆水利枢纽更好地发挥兴利除害的作用。
