Review and Reflection on the Development History of Hydroelectric Power in Norway

挪威水电高度发达,长期的发展过程中积累的丰富水电开发利用技术和先进管理经验对我国的水电开发具有一定的借鉴和参考意义。本文介绍了挪威水电资源情况及开发利用现状,回顾了其水电开发历史进程,总结了持之以恒发展水电、逐步完善法律法规、持续革新技术理念、妥善做好环境保护、广泛公众参与机制、弘扬发展水电文化等先进经验,并结合我国水电的建设和发展提出了相关建议,以期助力我国实现可持续的能源发展道路。

Norway is highly developed in hydropower, and the rich technology and advanced management experience accumulated in the long-term process of hydropower development have certain reference for China. This article introduces the situation and development status of hydropower resources in Norway, reviews its historical process, summarizes advanced experiences such as persistent development of hydropower, gradual improvement of laws and regulations, continuous innovation of technological concepts, proper environmental protection, extensive public participation mechanisms, and promotion and development of hydropower culture. Relevant suggestions are proposed based on the situation of hydropower in China, in order to assist China in achieving a sustainable energy development path.
