摘要
非开挖穿越施工因其沟通界面多、工序衔接紧等特点,一直是沙特阿美石油公司项目中备受业主关注的控制性工程。在工程规则下,如何利用有限的资源,建立高效管理,是项目能否顺利推进的前提。结合中石油管道局工程有限公司沙特拉斯坦努拉管道EPC项目非开挖穿越的施工管理,分析了扁平化管理在工程模式中的结构与运营方式。借助工程实际,阐明了扁平化管理在减少管理层级、增强管理弹性,节支降耗和人才培养方面具有积极意义,也提出了工程规则中的新思路和探索。
Trenchless crossing has always been dominant engineering in Saudi Aramco Project,which was concerned by the owners due to its characteristics of multiple communication interfaces and tight procedure.Under the Aramco management mode,how to make use of limited resources and establish efficient management was the premise that the project could advance smoothly.Combined with trenchless crossing management of CPP Reroute Pipelines in Ras Tanura Area Project,the structure and operation mode of flat management in Aramco Mode were analyzed.With the help of engineering practice,it is expounded that flat management has positive significance in reducing management hierarchy,enhancing management flexibility,more economy and better talent training,and also new thinking and exploration of flat management under Aramco mode are proposed.
