摘要
EPC (engineering procurement construction)模式,即设计–采购–施工总承包项目管理模式,成本管理是其核心内容之一,甚至决定着整个项目的效益。以某中外信贷油气管道工程项目的成本控制及管理方案为例,通过对其特殊性的简要论述,分析在跨国政府信贷下油气管道EPC项目的成本特点、影响因素、成本管理中的问题,探索一种全新、高效的成本管理方式。
EPC(engineering procurement construction)mode was a mode of de-sign-procurement-construction general contracting project management,cost management is one of its core contents.It even decides the benefit of the whole project.By taking the cost control and management scheme of a Sino-foreign credit oil and gas pipeline project as an example,this paper briefly discussed its particularity,and analyzed the cost characteristics,influencing factors and problems in cost management of the oil and gas pipeline EPC project under the transnational government credit.It explores a new and efficient way of cost management.
