摘要
随着国际油气管道项目的逐渐增多,内部承包管理逐渐成为总承包项目管理的重点和难点。总结了国际油气管道项目中内部承包工作的主要问题及产生的原因,提出了预算监督的管理方式,取得了良好效果。
With the gradual increase of international oil and gas pipeline projects, internal contract management has gradually become the focus and difficulty of internal contracting project management. This paper summarizes the main problems and causes of internal contracting in international oil and gas pipeline projects, puts forward the management mode of budget supervision, and obtains good results.
