摘要 国家“一带一路”战略的推动进度加快,中国石油管道局工程有限公司积极参与的领域增多,在海外项目环境下,项目所在国的政治和经济形势要求中资企业必须大量接纳和培训属地员工,参与本国项目。这些本地居民的涌入,迫切需要中资企业转变观念,积极迎接挑战,也迫使中方人员必须积极主动学习和汲取项目所在国的政治、经济、习俗、宗教、文化、历史、法律等方面的知识。因项目所在国的当地员工来源广泛,成分复杂,做好甄别和遴选,是保证项目平稳运行的保证。 China’s “one belt, one road” strategy has been accelerating, and China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. has actively participated in the field. Under the environment of overseas projects, the political and economic situation of the country where the project is located requires Chinese enterprises to admit and train local staff in large numbers and participate in the country’s projects. The influx of these local residents urgently requires Chinese enterprises to change their concepts and actively meet the challenges. It also forces Chinese personnel to actively learn and learn the knowledge of politics, economy, customs, religion, culture, history, law and other aspects of the country where the project is located. As the local employees in the country where the project is located have a wide range of sources and complex ingredients, good screening and selection is the guarantee for the smooth operation of the project.
