浅谈赢得值在国际EPC项目管理的应用

摘要 赢得值法最初是美国国防部于1967年首次确立,并很快在美国交通部、能源部等政府性业主的项目中推广应用。与常规的进度基准法和成本基准法相比,其能有效结合进度和成本评价要素,是一种科学和有效的项目管理技术。然而,在EPC项目实际管控过程中,实践难以和理论有效结合,本文将阐述应用方法,确保对工程项目进度绩效管理和工程项目状态准确的把握发挥积极作用。 The earned value method was first established by the U.S. Department of Defense in 1967 and soon became available to government employers like the United States Department of Transportation and the Department of Energy. Compared with the conventional schedule and cost benchmark methods, it can effectively combine the elements of schedule and cost evaluation, and is a scientific and effective project management technique. It is difficult to combine practice with theory effectively. This paper will expound the application methods to ensure the accurate grasp of the progress and performance management of engineering projects and State of Engineering Projects.
