属地分包商由于有着独特的优势,在国际施工项目中占据重要地位。本文以沙特FFP (Free Flow project,以下简称哈拉德项目)为背景,属地分包商IUC为切入点,分析在项目实施过程中分包商出现的问题,以及提出一些分包商管理方面的思路。

Local subcontractor is an important role in the international project, because it has some special advantages. In this article, Saudi project for the background, subcontractor for the starting point, we discuss problems arising during the construction and propose improving measures.
