摘要
随着管道局国际化战略的稳步推进,海外项目已经成为管道局战略实施的关键环节。印度作为一个新兴市场,巨大的基建市场成为了印度经济腾飞的引擎,对管道局来说是巨大的机遇,但基于成本、签证、文化等各方面的考虑,属地化用工已经成为趋势。本文以印度维达项目为例,针对属地用工的管理,指出了存在的问题,并提出了一系列管理措施,为提升项目管理水平,增强企业竞争力提供思路。
With the steady progress of the Pipeline Bureau’s internationalization strategy, overseas projects have become a key link in the implementation of the Pipeline Bureau’s strategy. As an emerging market, India’s huge infrastructure market has become the engine of India’s economic takeoff. It is a huge opportunity for the pipeline bureau. However, based on cost, visa, and cultural considerations, localized labor has become a trend. This article takes the Indian Vida project as an example, points out the existing problems for the management of local labor, and puts forward a series of management measures to provide ideas for improving the level of project management and enhancing enterprise competition.
