摘要
本文介绍了国际EPC项目的投标流程,从资格预审、标书的研究、现场调研、技术标的准备、商务标的准备几个阶段进行了分析。在商务标准备过程中,重点要做好项目整体的风险分析、投标策略、投标技巧的应用。
This article focuses on the bidding process of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) which includes the pre-qualification, study of bidding document, site visit, technical and commercial tender preparation. During the commercial tender stage, it is very important to analyze the risk of the project and make the bidding strategies and skills to win the project.
