摘要 智能管道监测系统在线路专业的应用已日趋纯熟,如管道埋深监测、油气泄漏监测等。在役管道运营过程中,对于尚未实施电子监测的穿跨越单体处,监测主要体现为人工巡检。对于河流自身冲刷、洪水、河道侧蚀等造成的管道安全隐患,巡检人员无法准确的辨识,不能及时对管道进行加固或改造,从而出现漂管、断管、油气泄漏等事故。由于河流穿跨越工程的特殊性,监测系统在河流穿跨越部分仍存在很大的探索空间。本文对水域开挖穿越河床下降自动监测系统进行了介绍,在必要性及设置原则上进行了探索,并进行了工程实施,同时对监测结果进行验证,证实了该系统的可靠性。 The application of intelligent pipeline monitoring system in line specialty has become more and more mature, such as pipeline buried depth monitoring, oil and gas leakage monitoring, etc. During the operation of in-service pipeline, for the crossing monomer without electronic monitoring, the monitoring is mainly reflected in the manual inspection. For the pipeline safety risks caused by river self-scouring, flood and riverside erosion, the inspectors can not accurately identify and timely reinforce or transform the pipeline, resulting in pipe drifting, pipe breaking, oil and gas leakage and other accidents. Due to the particularity of the river crossing project, there is still a lot of exploration space for the monitoring system in the river crossing part. This paper introduces the automatic monitoring system of river bed descent in water area excavation crossing, explores the necessity and setting principle, and carries out engineering implementation. At the same time, the monitoring results are verified and the reliability of the system is verified.
