摘要
本文依托土库曼斯坦工程详细介绍了小口径管道FBE涂层涂敷连续喷涂方式实现的技术控制要点:FBE涂料的选用、涂装设备的改造、喷涂工艺的控制要素等;并对产品包装、吊装拉运情况作了简单的介绍。最终,使此工艺技术得以实现,为同类工程施工提供借鉴。
This article is based on Turkmenistan engineering, introducing the technical control-points of FBE coating continuous spraying method for small diameter pipeline in detail: FBE coatings selection, equipment upgrading, control factors of spraying process, etc. The product packaging, hoisting and hauling are briefly introduced. Finally, this technology can be realized, providing reference for similar engineering construction.
