油气管道穿越边坡风险评价技术

摘要 我国西南各省山区、西北黄土高原、中南和东南各省山区和丘陵众多,地质环境条件复杂多样,滑坡广泛分布,是世界上边坡地质灾害最发育、危害最严重的国家之一。长输油气管道路线较长,有时受场地限制等因素必须要穿越这些不稳定坡体,不可避免地受到该类地质灾害的威胁。当坡体稳定性发生破坏时,坡体滑动便会管道安全造成威胁,轻则会造成管道的变形和断裂,重则会造成火灾和爆炸。为降低不稳定坡体地质灾害对油气输送管道的影响,需要通过边坡稳定系数来对油气管道建设场地附近的坡体进行安全评估,根据评估结果采取相应的措施,对管道穿越坡体进行加固,从而保障油气管道安全运营。 Our country is one of the countries with the most developed and most serious landslide hazards in the world, especially in the southwest provinces, northwest Loess Plateau, and southeast provinces. The geological environment conditions are complex and diverse, and the unstable slopes are widely distributed in the above areas. Because the oil or gas pipeline routes are always very long, it is inevitable to pass through these unstable slopes due to the limitation of site. When the stability of the soil slope is damaged, the sliding of the slope will pose a threat to the safety of the pipeline, sometimes causing pipeline deformation or fracture, sometimes going so far as to fire and explosion. In order to reduce the impact of those geological hazards on oil or gas pipeline, slope stability factor can be used to evaluate the safety of landslide near the oil or gas pipeline construction site. The protection measures can be taken to reinforce the slope as per the evaluation results correspondingly and to ensure the safe operation of the oil and gas pipeline.
