本文对油气长输管道的焊接安装方法进行了简要的归纳总结,对不同的焊接工艺采用的焊接材料的特性进行了分析,并对焊材用量理论公式进行了修正,得出最终修正公式,计算出不同焊接工艺的各种焊材用量,用于指导施工。

In this paper, the welding installation methods of long-distance oil and gas transmission pipeline are summarized briefly. The characteristics of welding materials used in different welding processes are analyzed. The theoretical formula of welding material consumption is corrected, and the final correction formula is obtained. The welding material consumption of different welding processes is calculated. It could provide guide for the construction.
