It analyzes the industrial competition situation under the epidemic situation, and discusses the impact of the epidemic situation on the projects under construction from the aspects of difficult relocation of personnel and equipment, supply chain disruption, downtime or delay in progress, contract disputes, and substantial increase in costs.
