摘要
在教育部华人本土心理学追求卓越计画的项目下,「华人文化与组织行为」四年内总共执行了十五项研究计画,主题紧扣在华人组识中的领导与忠诚上,进行一系列的实徵研究。本文的目的乃在针对家长式领导、差序式领导、德行领导、及员工忠诚等四项议题,进行批判性的回顾,一方面呈现累积的研究成果,一方面阐明未解的研究议题,并站在现有的基础上,展望未来的研究方向。
The article reviews the methodology, findings, and limitations of 15 empirical studies conducted as part of a 4-year project investigating the effect of Chinese culture on organizational behavior. Specifically, the review covers paternalistic leadership, moral leadership, differential leadership, and employee loyalty. Based on the results of these studies, directions for future investigation are discussed.
