摘要
初任教职的前三年,确实是教师生涯发展中最具挑战性与关键性的时期;此期间初任教师除了由学生身份转变为教师外,亦正处於是否继续从事教学工作的重要转折点。鉴於高级中等学校初任教师的工作困扰议题日益受到关注,本研究主要探究我国高级中等学校初任教师的工作困扰程度与解决方式。为达成研究目的,本研究采用问卷调查与深度访谈,以全国293所高级中等学校三年内初任教师为研究对象,合计发放450份问卷,回收445份,有效问卷415份,有效问卷回收率为93.3%。另选取4位曾有效解决工作困扰的初任教师为访谈对象,深入了解初任教师的工作困扰解决方式。
The initial 3 years as a teacher is a challenge and key period in the teacher career development. During this period, beginning teachers transfer their status from students teachers into teachers, and decide whether continue teaching or not in the future. Therefore, beginning teachers' job-problems are getting more than more important at senior high schools. The study aimed to understand the beginning teachers' job-problems and solutions at senior high schools. In order to achieve the aims, the use of questionnaire was mainly conducted through the study, with complement of semi-structured in-depth interview. The researcher used the questionnaire to survey beginning teachers teaching within three years at 293 senior high schools in Taiwan. Of the 450 surveys sent to the beginning teachers, 415 subjects responded to most or all of the questions in the survey resulting in a 93.3% response rate. In addition, interviews were conducted with 4 beginning teachers.
