摘要
本研究旨在探讨学校初任教师导入训练之目的、内容、功能、方法、规划原则和评估。本研究透过文献分析的方式,针对上述目的研究,获得与研究主题相关的结论,并提供若干建议,以供主管行政机关和学校,及相关人员参考。
The purpose of this research is to study purpose, content, function, methods, planning principles and evaluation of schools beginning teacher's orientation training. The study explored with the process of literature analysis. This study was accomplished and presented conclusion and suggestion for personnel of schools, government level and related organization.
