家长参与身心障碍学生个别化教育计画相关问题之探讨

摘要 个别化教育计画(简称IEP)主要是爲了让身心障碍学生接受适性教育的权利,但这并非单从教师就可以完成的,它仍需要家长的协助才能确切落实。虽然目前国内外法令保障家长参加IEP的权利,但根据一些文献发现家长参与IEP有些阻碍因素,例如孩子的障碍程度、家长的社经地位、参与态度、家庭支持、家庭压力、自我能力及学校作法与态度等。针对目前的问题,汇整学者及笔者的经验,提供促进家长参与IEP的方式,以提升家长参与IEP的效能。 The purpose of Individual Education Program (abbreviate IEP) is that disabled students can accept appropriate education rights. However it can't be done by the teacher only. Parents' participation is also needed. Although internal and international laws ensure parents' rights to participate in IEP now, the findings reported that there are factors to hinder parents from participating in IEP, for example the children's disabled degree, social and economic status of parents, parents' attitude, family's support, family's pressure, self-ability, and the way and attitude of school, etc.. To the problems, the author gathered the experience of scholars and oneself, and offered the ways to promote parents participating in IEP for improving the efficiency.
