摘要
本研究之目的在探讨澳洲目前幼儿教育与照顾人力培育的作法。本研究主要采取文件分析法以蒐集、整理、分析与归纳所获得的研究资料。所蒐集到的研究资料系运用持续比较法之质性文本分析从事资料的处理。研究结果系从澳洲幼儿教育与照顾现况、幼儿教育与照顾人力培育政策、幼儿教育与照顾人力培育制度分别加以论述。最後并讨论澳洲在幼儿教育与照顾、人力培育政策及制度上的特色或与台湾相异之处。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the current practice of preparing early childhood education and care workforce in Australia. Documentary analysis was employed to collect, organize, analyze, and generalize the obtained data. The qualitative textual analysis of constant comparison methods was used to treat the collected data. The results of study were presented on the issues of Australian current status of early childhood education and care, workfore preparation policy of early childhood education and care, and workfore preparation system of early childhood education and care, respectively. Finally, the features of Australian early childhood education and care, workfore preparation policy and system, as well as differences compared with Taiwan, were discussed in the study.
