管理类专业文书档案课程改革探析——以《档案与电子文件管理》课程为例

The Cultivation of Students’ Comprehensive Qualities and Abilities Based on the Course “Records Management”

课程是培养学生素质与能力的重要平台,文书档案课程是我校管理类专业课程体系的重要组成部分。本文以《档案与电子文件管理》课程为例,系统阐述了在明确教学目标与课程定位的基础上,如何科学设计教学内容。并结合具体的教学改革与考试改革实践,总结了激发学生进行深度学习从而培养学生综合素质与能力的经验与成效,以期对其他课程有所启发与借鉴。

Courses are important platforms to cultivate students' comprehensive qualities and abilities and records and archives of courses are important parts of the curriculum system for the management majors. Taking the course "Records Management" as an example and based on the clearness of teaching objectives and course positioning, the paper systematically researches how to scientifically design teaching content. The paper summarizes the experience and effectiveness on inspiring the students to learn deeply thus to cultivate students' comprehensive qualities and abilities by combining concrete teaching reform and examination reform practice.
