农民合作社财务治理结构创新

摘要 合作社财务治理结构现状 衡量一个农民专业合作社是否得到妥善管理,治理结构是否合理,一般的判断准则就是合作社组织机构的安排是否完善,各组织机构之间的互补监督机制是否有效,组织机构能否按合作社的目标追求有效运行.目前我国合作社治理结构主要存在以下缺陷: (1)岗位设置不规范 部分农民专业合作化为了降低人工成本,在岗位设置上存在不合理,会出现一人多岗甚至一人兼任另一不相容岗位的情况,这就容易造成管理上的漏洞.合作社运营过程如果出现问题,就会出现互相推诿现象.
