辱虐管理的消极影响及应对策略 被引量:1

摘要 引言 最近随着负面报道的不断增加,负性领导行为取得了学术界的关注,相关理论及实证研究也日益增多.其中,辱虐管理即是这类研究的代表.辱虐管理不仅能引发员工消极的行为和心理反应,而且还会对工作绩效和态度产生不良影响(Tepper,2007).因此,辱虐管理的相关理论和研究无论是对学术领域还是实践领域来说,都具有相当重要的意义.
