摘要
无线随钻测斜仪中减振器的疲劳寿命,直接影响仪器的可靠性和寿命。应用断裂力学理论建立减振器的疲劳寿命预测模型,通过对减振器进行有限元分析,将单元应力数据带入疲劳寿命预测模型,得到减振器的疲劳寿命,与减振器应用时的实际疲劳寿命对比,预测精度理想,进而确立减振器的保养更换时间,提高了仪器的可靠性和寿命。该研究分析方法对橡胶减振器寿命预测、安全设计提供方法参考。
In wireless MWD inclinometer,the fatigue life of shock absorber directly effects the instrument's reliability and longevity.The fatigue life prediction model of vibration damper is established by using the theory of fracture mechanics.Based on the finite element analysis of the vibration damper,the unit stress data is brought into the fatigue life prediction model,and the fatigue life of the shock absorber is obtained.Compared with the actual fatigue life of vibration damper,the prediction accuracy is ideal.The maintenance and replacement time of the shock absorber is established,and the reliability and life span of the instrument are improved.The analysis method is provided for the service life prediction and safety design of rubber shock absorber.
