摘要
油水井套管损坏不仅会直接影响正常生产,还会对邻井造成影响,甚至导致区域性套损,造成极大损失。套损检测的需求,使得具有方位等信息的较为完备的套损检测系列测井技术得以发展。该技术利用不同测井原理、从不同侧面描述套管技术状况。针对查套变、查窜漏及指导修井等具体工程问题,总结形成与检测技术特点有机结合的技术优选方法。通过技术优选后得到大量准确、有效的套损检测资料,为油田套损防控措施提供了决策依据。
Casing damages of oil production and water injection wells will not only affect the normal production of the well directly,but also affect the adjacent wells,and even lead to a great loss such as regional casing damage.In order to satisfy the demands of casing damage inspection,a series of casing damage logging technologies have been developed in recent years which have provided more information including casing damage orientation.These technologies describe the casing status from different aspects according to different logging principles.To solve the specific engineering problems,such as the casing deformation inspection,the leak detection,well repairing guide and so on,technology optimal selection methods are formed in this paper combined with the characteristics of detection technology.A lot of accurate and effective damage detection data have been obtained after optimization of the technology,which have provided reliable basis for the oil field casing damage prevention and control measures.
