基于城市修补理念的工业遗产保护与利用探索——以铁西区卫工明渠沿线规划与实践为例

INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE PROTECTION AND UTILIZATION BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF URBAN REPAIR: A STUDY ON THE PLANNING AND PRACTICE ALONG THE WEIGONG OPEN CANAL OF TIEXI

研究提出在工业遗产保护利用中融入城市修补的规划理念,提倡文脉修复,历史传承;织补城市,活力再造。结合沈阳市铁西区卫工明渠沿线工业遗产总体与典型案例保护利用的实践,提出在文脉修复整体保护思路下,通过对城市功能、人群以及特色空间的织补实现城市更新。最后总结了沈阳工业遗产保护与利用的经验和存在问题,提出了发展建议。

This article discusses industrial heritage protection and utilization based on the concept of urban repair. The authors advocate repair urban history context and reconstructing the urban space to vitalize the urban economy and society. Combining with the industrial heritage protection and utilization practice and typical cases in the area of Shenyang Weigong Open Canal, this article discusses how to realize urban regeneration by supplementing urban functions, human resources and featured spaces, on the basis of the concept of historical context repair and overall protection. In the end, the authors summarize Shenyang's experience and existing problems of industrial heritage protection and utilization before proposing advices on the policy making at the next step.
