沈阳市轨道交通近期建设线网规模与布局研究 被引量:3

摘要 从宏观政策、交通需求及城市规划三方面导向剖析了沈阳市轨道交通近期建设的必要性。基于投资能力与建设能力两种方法对沈阳市轨道交通近期建设线网规模进行预测,投资能力预测主要通过GDP与财政收入两项指标控制,建设能力预测主要通过沈阳市历年轨道交通建设速度与其他城市轨道交通建设速度类比进行控制。以规模控制为基础,以客流效益为支撑,确定轨道交通近期建设线网比选方案;采用线网客流预测、各条线路客流预测及空间板块客流分布预测三项指标分析比选方案客流效益,最终形成近期建设线网规划方案。 This paper analyzes the necessity of Shenyang rail transit short-term construction from the perspectives of macro policies, traffi c demands and urban planning. It forecasts the network scale of short-term construction based on two methods, ie, investment ability and building ability. The investment ability forecast is regulated by GDP and financial revenue index. While the building ability forecast is controlled by the comparison of construction speed over the years in Shenyang and the speed of other cities. Based on scale control and passenger fl ow benefit, it proposes different schemes of rail transit short-term network construction. By using network passenger fl ow forecast, and forecast of passenger fl ow in each rail line as well as forecast of passenger fl ow distribution of spatial plates, it analyzes the passenger flow benefit of different schemes, and finally puts forward the recommended scheme.
