“双创”背景下高校创新创业型职教师资人才培养模式探析

On the Training Mode of Qualified Innovative and Entrepreneurial Teachers in High Education under the Background of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation

摘要 职业技术教育是现代高等教育体系的重要组成部分,加强职教师资培养是壮大职业技术教育的关键环节。在"双创"背景下,如何创新职教师资人才培养模式?如何将创新创业课程教育融入职业教育专业建设?已成为当下创新创业型职教师资人才培养的基本诉求。本文基于"双创"的视角,分析在新形势下高校创新创业型职教师资人才培养模式的内涵、意义及普遍问题,为加强高校创新创业师资人才培养提供了参考。 Vocational and technical education is an important competent of modern high education systems. The enhancement of training qualified teachers is a pivotal step to improve the ranks of vocational and technical teachers.How can we innovate the training mode of qualified faculties under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation? How can we integrate innovation and enterprise education into vocational and technical education? The above problems demand innovative and entrepreneurial talents of teachers for vocational and technical education. Taking the ideas of mass entrepreneurship and innovation into consideration, the essay aims to analyze the concepts, meaning and pervasive problems of the mode of raising innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher education under the new circumstances, which offers the positive reference for strengthening the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
