摘要
针对现阶段石英加速度计零件的毛刺问题,分析了现有处理方法的缺陷。从被动去除和主动控制两条途径入手,以轭铁零件为例,在加工中引用了少无毛刺加工技术,并引进了新的去毛刺方法。强度检测结果表明,这两种方法的运用显著改善了毛刺控制的效果,值得推广和运用。
On the burrs problem of the parts of quartz accelerometers,this paper analyzes the defects of existing processing methods.Firstly the paper analyzes the effectiveness of passive deburring method and active controlling method,and then taking the parts of magnetic excitation ring for example,introduces the machining technology of minimum cutting burrs and a new deburring method in the in the process of processing.The result of strength rest shows that these two ways significantly improve the effect of burr controlling and are worth promoting and applying.
