摘要
针对轨梁厂粗轧机齿轮座下箱体底座圆弧处产生裂纹的问题,为挖掘其与"咬钢"冲击之间的关系,先建立该轧机主传动系统的CAD模型,并导入ANSYS Workbench,利用其LS-DYNA模块完成了对BD1轧机轧制过程的数值模拟,分析了不同的"咬钢"速度对应的粗轧机齿轮箱应力及形变量,并判断其出现异常的原因,为设置合理的"咬钢"速度提供理论依据。
