摘要
磁致伸缩位移传感器时漂老化测试占用较大的空间和时间,研发一个集成度高、能满足多个工作电压、能兼容多种输出信号、能自动监测输出信号、能汇总时漂数据并进行计算的老化测试台,能大幅提高磁致伸缩位移传感器的批量生产效率。本文介绍32路磁致伸缩位移传感器时漂老化测试台的系统硬件构成、软件系统开发。
