摘要
本文基于顾客满意度模型理论,以信息资源内容的权威性、完整性和及时性维度为研究对象,构建用户信息资源质量满意度模型,并且通过调研检验和修正概念模型。
The theoretical model of customer satisfaction based on information resource content authority, integrity and timeliness of dimensions as the research object, build user satisfaction information resource quality model, and through the investigation and inspection and correction of the conceptual model.
