摘要
为了满足电极式盐度计在测量海水实用盐度时对温度的高精度和高稳定性的要求,设计并验证了一种电极式盐度计恒温水槽的高精度控温系统。通过对恒温水槽温度的动态特性以及数学模型的分析,提出了代替常规PID控制的自适应模糊控制系统,着重阐述了温度控制系统的模糊控制算法,并对算法进行了优化改进,最后运用数学仿真软件对其进行仿真。通过对仿真结果的分析,得出温控系统运用自调整模糊控制算法的温控特性优于常规PID控制和常规模糊控制系统,温控系统的稳态误差和稳定性完全可以满足电极式盐度计对盐度进行温度修正时的要求。
In order to meet the requirement of high accuracy and high stability for the measurement of seawater salinity by using electrode type salinity meter,A high precision temperature control system for the constant temperature water tank of the electrode type salinity meter is designed and verified. Based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics and mathematical model, An adaptive fuzzy control system instead of conventional PID control is proposed, The fuzzy control algorithm of the temperature control system is expounded, and the algorithm is optimized and improved.
